The problem is most consolidation companies won't deal with ipdls or storefronts, there are very few that will help a debtor in that situation.

You should also take some time and read through some of the posts here. There have been some users here from Wisconsin that have successfully dealt with payday loans without the help of a company. It's a personal choice for you to make. If you go with a company, you don't have to deal with much, but you do have to pay the company too. If you do it on your own you don't have to pay, but you do have to deal with the pdl companies. It will take more time and effort.

Either way you will find lots of support on this board to help you along the way with any questions or frustrations. Most of us have been where you are and know what you are going through.

I know, this board has helped me a lot. I would just rather go through a company to help consolidate these and pay them, as I still have 2 large credit cards that I need to pay down, and I have successfully on my own. I just want to be rid of these stupid payday loans! I will never do that again!

I will. I just hope that company that Steelers is going to give me the info for can help me. I was so mad when T & C just told me yesterday that they couldn't help me. It was like 2 weeks that had elapsed before that.

As LCw said, just give it some time. She usually checks in daily, so it shouldn't be a long wait . . . .
