I have a loan through payday loan yes

I am currently in the process of going through a consumer credit counseling service, I have a loan through payday loan yes. I have informed them that I am going through this process yet they continue to call me. They informed me, not the credit counseling service that they do not accept this method of payment. I called the counseling service and they told me this is just a collection tactic and that payday loan yes has to submit in writing to them that they will not accept this form of payment. Has any one had experience with this. Has anyone dealt with them accepting consumer credit counseling arrangements? any advice would be appreciated


how frustrating. the company i am using stated they work with payday loan companies and they even knew this one was associated with Global Financial. Any suggestions on how to proceed with them. the credit counseling services stated that they will need to notify them in writing that they will not work with them. Should i wait until they do that . i had paid payday loan yes off and then took out another loan with them ( stupid of me )I do know that Payday loan yes is not licensed in Alabama where I live

The are a really hard company to work with period. I would just continue to let the counseling people try to work with them for now. Payday Loan Yes, also known as Cashnet500, Global Payday, and USA Cash Express are one of the worst in my opinion. Do a search for Cashnet500 on this board and you will see some of what they will do to try and collect.
