Here is another topic that we all see alot debt counseling and settlement. The Wv Attorney General has reached settlements with 4 such companies that will result in refunds of 517000 to Wv consumers. debt relief of America LP of Dallas Tx, Fidelity Debt Consultants Clearwater Fl, David Huffman dba Freddom Group San Diego Ca, New Horizon Debt Relief of Aliso Viego Ca. Just once again PLEASE if you are dealing with any Illegal companies or have been abused by these companies Please file those complaints. KYSIDE38

Yeppers,I trust debt settlement companies about as far as one can toss them! :lol: The Ftc has filed against a few too in the last couple months.Go to their enforcement page and click on actions by date.

60 days is pretty fast, hopefully the debt collectors are a little understanding. This just leaves the folks that used these companies in the hands of the collectors.
