these people have taken out 290.00 out of my husbands account and I'm pissed.

My fiance had unauthorized money taken out of her bank account by "OneClickCash" be presume by her ex- husband. has this happened to other people and why don't they close this company down. (Its been a nightmare to try to get the money back from to her and for all the penalties for "overdrawing her account". Thank you for your help

Ask your bank to dispute the unauthorized debit with One Click Cash. They will verify it with the company. If nothing comes up, the charges will be reverted back into your account. You should give a try because many people have faced similar problems and they have got it sorted with their bank.

I had that happened. I revoked authorization for them to debit my account and they did anyway. I disputed it with my bank and got the money back the following week. Make sure you keep copies of the revocation you sent them. I had copies of the e-mail and confirmations of the faxes sent. Take them with you when you go to the bank as proof.

This company has been charging me $90.00 per paycheck to rollover my loan. I have found out that in the state of California where I live that rollovers are not permitted. Now they are threating me saying that I owe them $320.00 to pay back my loan. I have paid them $180.00 in rollover fees and $160.00 towards my loan which comes out to $340.00. My question is since rollovers are not permitted in California, do I have the right to tell them I feel my loan is paid in full.

Of course you can question it. I just figured out what the legal interest was that I owed according to Arizona law and told them they had overcharged me. I would also be willing to bet they are not licensed in California. You can check on this forum to see if they are or not. They weren't for me and I also got them to mark my account PIF.

I have taken out several of these internet loans and one click cash is one I owe money too as I write. I am planning to pay them all off, but I closed my bank account because I could not deal with all the withdrawels and at one point I had to pay my bank $300 in NSF fees. I hope these internet loan companies will work with me, but from what everyone is saying they are pretty ruthless.

They can't garnish your wages without a court order, they can use a wage assignment against you though, however, you can revoke that wage assignment at any time, so all you need to do is send them an email revoking their right to any wage assignments you my have signed, then take a copy of the printed email to your employer.
