I went to the bank to close my account but because I have a loan there they wouldn't close it but told me they would not allow anymore ACH withdrawals but now they charge me 25.00 NSF for them they have me in the red 1500.00 in overdraft fees can someone help me I have changed banks......

I had a similar situation a few years back where the company was taking out money on the days they said they woudldn't and the NSF charges put me over a 1K in the red. I went to the bank to talk to the manager and explained the situation. The manger credited back the NSF fees and made sure no more ACH's were accepted and then I closed the account.

So talk to the bank manger and just explain to them what is going on. Hopefully they will try and help you.
