i looked there and didnt find it .it did look like on rollovers it says none but not sure about what im reading

Looks like they can only charge $12 per $100 borrowed. And if the loan is roll overed the charge has to be applied to the principal balance and not a continuous roll over/re finance fee.

Not sure what that means...anyway i havent defaulted yet on any my next payment is due the 20th i have already closed my bank acct and opened another ,sending all the companys a letter certified that id like to work arrangements out and not to call my work or references contact me email mail or my cell num i cant find the adress for 2 of them its called my cash now and the other is nationwide if anyone has the adress to these 2 does this sound like i have done the right thing

Yes, you have done the right thing. Beware of Nationwide, they are going to call and threaten you with arrest. A TOTAL LIE, don't let it get you upset or concerned you are going to be arrested because you won't be.

An interesting side on Nationwide, I got a pm from another member where this company recently threatened them with arrest if they did not send Langhorne the money by Western Union! Now, I thought Langhorne was NOT supposed to be collecting for pdls? I told this person they needed to contact Langhorne because my impression was they should NOT be collecting for pdls. :?

will nationwide not work with you? im hoping the others will and they wont call my work and references alot.im doing all i can do and the crying all the time is beginning to affect my health i dont feel good all the time

Please, as of this moment, RELAX. Don't let these ipdls ruin your health like this. They will probably call your work, tell them you are not permitted personal calls at work. They are NOT supposed to call after that, but they still do at times. Nationwide can be real a$$holes, and I find it interesting that they are directing people to submit payments to Langhorne. YOU MUST FILE COMPLAINTS with your attorney general's office and the BBB. Do not send money by Money Gram or Western Union, DEMAND a physical address so you can send a money order. Eventually they cave and give you their mailing address.

how long after my due date of the 20th will they start calling me?i did write in the letters not to call me at work i wasnt aloowed calls and they wont take the calls and not to call my references.but like i said i didnt have an address for nationwide or my cash now

Some will start calling a few days after the payment was declined by the bank. The time frame varies with each company.Some will start by sending you emails, etc...calling your home first, and if you don't take their calls at home, then they start calling your place of employment.

thank you so much for your help i do feel some better i just hope they dont harass me to much on my job or call my sons i have made everyone aware of this just in case.its hard not having anyone to talk things over with i lost my husband 11 yrs ago and never remmarried im expecting my 1st grandbaby anyday now and i should be excited about that not worried about this but thankyou so much for answering my questions

Congratulations on your first grandchild! :D Trust us, you will start feeling better as each day goes by. Don't sweat the threatening phone calls, just understand they can not have you arrested. Just laugh at them and tell them you are going to turn yourself in to your parole officer to get it over with! LOL
