This co. exprescash took 130 from my new acct, they say I had a loan 3 years ago that i defaulted on but i paid it, they will not send me any contracts they say i signed and the guy was a real jerk to me, how do i get my money back or can I

Go to your payroll and have them stop your direct deposit IMMEDIATELY. Explain to them that your forced to close your account and open a new one. Tell them to issue you "live" checks until your new account is established. They can do this. But you need to tell them to stop the direct deposit IMMEDIATELY. Go to a new bank, open an account, and when you get your "live" checks, deposit them. Once it's open and you feel safe for a couple of weeks or so, then go back to payroll and give them your new account information. You need to close your account you have now though. These people have your information. They will take more out. Without a doubt.

That's terrible. They stop at nothing! I agree with Cannr. If your payroll dept. cannot deposit a check into a new account with a 2 week notification I would ask for a "live" check. Most times they can do it with a certain amount of notification, though. Also, make a list of drafts that you want to come from your new account and contact the companies to advise them of changing banks. They might allow you to send them money orders for this month's payments and restart your drafts next month.

I had to go live with my checks once and because it was fraud they were able to do it with two days notice prior to the payroll being called in. That was a week before my pay date of the 15th. You have to tell them it is an emergency and get the right person. The first person at ADP had a bad attitude and said it could not be done. I called back and it could be done.

You're right, frogpatch! It can be done! They will try to argue with you or say "it's too late". No it is not! And if you tell them you are a victem of identity theft or fraudulent charges are being taken out of your account, they WILL do it. I know where I work, when I changed my bank account, I told them I had to close my account due to fraudulent charges and needed to give them my new account information for my direct deposit. This was TWO DAYS before my payday. It was done! And it's done by a third party. So don't let them feed you a bunch of crap!

I am amazed I filed a complaint with the bbb against this company aka pd6ventures, today a lady calls me at work tells me she is faxing me a release and says if i sign it they will mail me a check for the 130 plus 20 for my trouble, so should I sign it, the only thing it says that is negative is that i will never be able to join a class action suit against them but i dont want to sue i just want my money back, i cannot believe i am getting results from these people so quickly.
