They called today telling me that I owe $560 for a $350 loan. A fee of $105 has been paid already. I asked the agent if the additional money was for interest payments. She immediately corrected me stating they were "service fees". Only willing to make arrangements for 2 payments. Told her I needed more time. The apr in NY state cannot exceed 25%, so I dont think I owe quite this much. Can someone help me figure out exactly what my proposal to them should be without violating the law in NY state?
