I looked on the list that Goudah is talking about and I have not found a single internet payday lender licensed in Florida that I recognize from these threads. Not even Cash Net Usa who is supposed to be licensed everywhere. I remember one occasion where a company would not loan me because they were not licensed in Florida. That is rare! The only ones that I recognize on the list are Florida Store Fronts like Amscot and Check n Go.

I just looked on Cashnet USA's website, and it says this regarding Florida:
Quote:
CashNetUSA will not be the lender for loans received at this site. CashNetUSA is a Credit Services Organization. We will attempt to arrange a loan between you and a third party lender and service that loan once it is issued. Any questions, service issues or complaints about your loan will be addressed by CashNetUSA and not the lender. |

They want me to pay an additional $560 on a $350 loan and I have already paid $315. They also don't acknowledge receipt of my revocation letter. What is the next order of business here. Should I complain to the NYS atty general for those that refuse to cut me a break and pray for a miracle?

YES! The NY AG has sued several pdl companies . . . He hates them. Absolutly complain to them, they are the people most likely to do something about it!
