hi i have a payday loan with payday ok i have defaulted with them. well i have been emailing them .i am in pa
i closed my account i have other also i have been dealing with and are getting them taken care of .well this one i havent heard any thing from i had 500 from
2005. i have payed triple that back.i have emailed them over and over and havent heard anything from them.
i told them i have been paying them for 2 years.i told them i have leglly paid them what i owe and would like my acct. marked PIF . and to please email me and et me know
when they do. and havent heard anything from them
i just checked my acc. and they keep adding intrest.
should i just keep emailing them.i call but dont get no where .

Christine, you really should have no problem getting Payday OK to mark your account PIF. It has been my experience that once this company realizes that you know the laws and that you have overpaid, they will settle for what you have already paid. I did it all through email and they didn't give me any problems. They settled with me for the principal. It took them a day or two for them to get back with me the first time. Good luck!

yes you are reading right . its been that long.
thats why i was wondering why they havent contacted me
i have sent them plenty of emails and heard nothing
from them..but they keep putting intrest to me acct.
i just checked.i have payed them 1667.34.

Oh Christine, you are so done with them. Wow. Have you filed complaints with your Attorney General's office yet, if not, please do so. You have way overpaid that principal and whatever interest they were entitled to (legal interest that is). I would be demanding refund and put that in your complaint with the AG's office.
