I would even do a check by phone but they refuse to send me the information I need. I think it is an old phone bill and I know I have one or two out there from when my husband was in the military but they won't provide me with the billing address so I can verify because I didn't recognize the # or the A/C.

I received a letter from LVNV notifying me that "application is being made by the judgement-creditor, to my county's court for a Wage Execution Order to issue againt my salary, and to be served upon my employer". It goes on to list my employers name and address, the amount of the debt, the amount to be garnished from my salary, an "E&S" Number (whatever the heck that is) ), a docket number, account number, and phone extentsion. My question is, can you provide me with a sample validation request letter? I have no idea what to ask or how to draw it up. Thanks
