I have done an internet search that led me to Allied Mutual Brokers. I have not been contacted by these people other than an email stating that they had received my application. Due to the Prime Time Lending scam - I am WAY skeptic of anything. But I have done some checking, i.e., their ip address and whatnot. But I was wondering if before I continue if anyone else has heard and/or done business with them before? Thanks.

Just got off the phone with a represenative Asley Mc Neil I'm drilling her with question and she calim Capital One is also a copmany that asks for money up front she also told me to call BBB to find put info she said she would have her supervisor call me to reinure me she claims they haven't had any complians and that they would also reimbusrst me the $80.00 that it would cost me to wire the money. Someone help confused!!!I need the money!!

I was told by Allied Mutual Broker that my loan was approved for $10,000.00, but I am very skeptical since I would have to pay on my insurance upfront before any transaction is done. I do have a hard time contacting them, since I have been leaving messages for them for one month. Now, in order to have my loan secured, I have to have a co-signer with an income of $70,000.00 per annual. The ad was misleading saying that they don't do credit checks, no co=signers, and no money upfront. Humm.. It sounded so go to apply. I would check for more information on this company.

Maddesyn925, I was being sarcastic when I said they were legit. To anyone that is thinking of using this company, let me remind you of one thing, it is illegal to ask for money upfront for a loan. If they were legit, they would send you the loan and take the money out of the loan for insurance. And for the person that said Capital One asks for money up front, that is true for a secured credit card, not for a loan. It is illegal in the US and in Canada. People, if there is any doubt in your mind, why would you risk it. I wish this forum was up before I lost $2,000.00, I wouldn't have given it a second thought. They prey on those who need the money most, if your bank wouldn't give you a loan, what makes you think some guy in Canada will. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

wanted to see how much more of the scam i was in for. it is obvious to me, after reading this forum, that this may go on for a while. of course this hurts to accept and my wife will not bow easily to this. so i wanted to see how much longer before it becomes apparent.
i don't mean to sound as though i am not believing the path you have all walked before me. i am only trying to brace myself and my family for the impact of my stupidity.

Pretty much everything has already been said. I've talked to the host master and that is why their web page has been suspended. The only thing that baffles me is their phone numbers are still up and people are actually still answering. I would have figured they would've skipped town by now.

This is an excellent scam because I fell for it and I even checked everyhing out. They told me to send 1000 down and within 2 to 3 days I would recieve my money. I have not recieved the money and no one is at the locationa and the website is down. SO DO NOT take out a loan with this company. IT IS A SCAM!!!

They won't, you might get ahold of someone, but they'll tell you they don't have your file on hand and have to put you on hold because they're with another client. Let me guess, they told you the money would be in your account by 5 o'clock Sat. and they would reimburse you for the wiring fee.
