Letter to stop calling at work?

There are several letters on this site you can use,just tweak them to fit your needs. I just simply wrote them to cease and desis contacting me, only through mail, and phone calls were not allowed at work and this was their notice. Send it certified,return receipt, and keep copies of everything they say over the phone, things you sent,etc..Good Luck..Karen

Is it a creditor or a collection agency calling you? If it is a CA, send a partial cease and desist letter through certified mail with return request requested. This should legally stop them from contacting you on the phone. Mention all correspondences to be done through mail only.

Thanks! I just noticed from clicking on one of the other links in the forum that many of the collectors were too notify me in writing a couple of weeks ago. One of the lenders is Cash Transfer Centers.....ugh.
