Some banks will allow you to open an account after filing bankruptcy. The bank may impose conditions and limits for this bank account. They may limit the amount of money you are allowed to withdraw and state that you need to keep a certain amount in the account to avoid fees. You need to work hard on improving your credit before any company is willing to offer new credit.
Which banks would allow it?
Would you happen to have a list of banks that would allow a person to open a bank account after a BK discharge?
