From what I have read, your best route is to file fraud charges with your bank and have them take care of it. It seems that you can never get ahold of anyone there and when you do they give you the run around.

Everprivate will go around and around with you. Best advice is what's posted here. Go dispute the charges with your bank and file complaints. Make sure they're unable to hit your account again. I, too, have had them take money from my account. My bank (with work!) got it reversed off and taken care of.

Tell them you are filing a dispute, and demand that they assist you as it is under with Federal Regulation E. do not take no for an answer, because most of the banks will say ???????we cant do anything about it???????. Be aware of your rights and do not let anyone fool you.
