From
what I have read, your best route is to file fraud charges with your
bank and have them take care of it. It seems that you can never get
ahold of anyone there and when you do they give you the run
around.
Yes I
agree with Leah. They are real difficult to deal with and going through
your bank and filing fraud will protect your account from future hits
and stop them at the same time.
Everprivate will go around and around with you. Best
advice is what's posted here. Go dispute the charges with your bank and
file complaints. Make sure they're unable to hit your account again. I,
too, have had them take money from my account. My bank (with work!) got
it reversed off and taken care of.
In my
opinion you should go to your bank and inform them that Everprivate has
taken out money without your consent. Tell them you are filing a
dispute, and demand that they assist you as it is under with Federal
Regulation E. do not take no for an answer, because most of the banks
will say ???????we cant do anything about it???????. Be aware of your
rights and do not let anyone fool you.
