This company claims they can eliminate your debt for a fee of course. Without debt consolidation or bankruptcy. The name of the company is "integrity debt solutions" or "integrity debt options" also "naes debt relief program". Please advise if you know anything about this company.

Be carefull of companies that claim to eliminate or clear your credit report. There are many good companies out there, as well as those that are scams. Be sure and check them out, and if you can't find out anything about them-steer clear. Like Morningstar said, you are entitled to free credit counseling as a member, and we also have a ranking chart for companies on the site too. Good Luck-keep us posted..KAren :D

Jeff, what debt did you have to be gone in 13 months, and how much? Also it depends how bad off your credit is. Like other stated most dmp cannot clear or fix your credit, but possibly balance it so you can catch up in payments. I used Consolidated credit counseling Services and they brought all my accounts current in 3 months, but I still had my debt with a lessr apr rate of course. No HUGE fees ($24.00) monthly and no enrollment fee. They are non-profit too. :D

I am a former client of Naes and I was refered to them by integrity debt options.

The process naes had worked and I did eliminate about $40,000 or credit card debt. The process diputed the debt which the credit card comapanies could not prove for one reason or the other.

The process led to legal issues which all turned out in my favor, then they dropped the debt.

The whole process took about a year but it was worth it for me.

I did some research and it appears it offers debt termination services like Federal debt relief System. I would stay away from any company that offers these types of services. The debt elimination techniques they are using simply do not work. About the only thing they accomplish is getting you sued by your creditors. Obviously the creditors hate this scam, and they come down hard on people trying to use this bogus "no money lent" system. You don't need to take my word for this. Check out the complaints on ripoffreport.com and the BBB about Liberty Resources, a debt elimination scam that was shut down in Ohio. Or do some research on New Leaf Associates out of Florida, a scam that was shut down by the Florida Attorney General after consumers were ripped off for millions of dollars.

Hey guys. I have a crazy idea. Why don't you go to the site and listen to the audios explaining exactly how they work. You could also check out the BBB report for their parent company. Integrity Debt Option is an affiliate of CMS (Court Mediation Services) out of Alabama. I signed up with a different CMS affiliate, debt relief Solutions from eliminatedebtamerica dot com, but I spoke to the owner and he verified that Integrity is also legitimate and has never scammed anyone. They eliminated $64,000 of my business/personal credit card debt in 9 months. They legally assume your debt and use contract law and consumer protection laws to eliminate it. It has nothing to do with the federal debt relief system and they have a 10 year track record with the BBB with no complaints. Hope this helps :)

What name did you look up on the BBB site? I can not find this 10 year track record you claim. Please let me know the name so I can look it up and make sure it is true.

Thanks

Anyone know or heard of it? Hard to keep all the similar names separate. Sounds too good to be true, but...

They claim to rewrite the contract with the CC companies/debtors, send with a late payment, and if cc cashes check, they agree to new terms. And violations, such as attaching late fees are penalized $500-$2500. Etc, etc.

Do they offer guarantees?

Are they a scam?

I really need help here,...

tom has a great post on a similar subject if not the same company it sounds the same anyhow. But listen, This is a trick. and it may work right now, but believe me that the cc are becomming more and more aware of it im sure and will be looking for it the more popular it becomes and it will get you sued for sure if not in record time because they are going to be po'd that you tried to "scam" them. Because essentially this is what your doing.

Now i read in earlier posts, about promised settlements. Listen folks, settlement companies CANNOT PROMISE YOU A THING. They can give you a idea or a guestimated idea but no promises and it certainly cannot repair your credit. The only thing they can do is offer during the settlement that the company puts on your cc report paid in full instead of settled. But the companies are not obligated to do this if they dont wish or dont want to include it in the settlement. If a settlement co promises you a % or promises you that you will not get sued or promises you that this is easy you better run.

The only thing i can say about your credit is that if you are in serious bad shape now, settlement will help later. say you have a score of 600 now because your extended and maxed out but on time. during settlement process it will go down further but when the debt is paid it will go back up because the debts are paid.

NOTHING WILL FIX YOUR CREDIT BUT GOOD BEHAVIOR AND TIME

NAES Now "Stellar Services", This is nothing more than a scam. I used them, You need to send out letters disputing your debt, this is really illegal which I have found out, any ways after following the program, which you do all the work and they "Guide you throught the process" It does not work, I lost... simply put it did not work for me, now as a result of this, I obtained an attoreny to get me out of this mess and put a lot of stree on me and my family. My advice..... Stay away they can not do what they promise. By the way NAES was sued by one of the credit card companys and were shut down, they now are Stellar Services. I am sure they will be shut down at some point also. Like someone said earlier, the CC Companies are getting wiser to the tactics... Get a lawyer the specializes in Debt and use them... Much safer... Believe me.

Just thought I would chime in. I paid $2500 at the beginning of 2007 to NAES (aka Stellar Services Group). Everything they taught me turned out be 100% true. I did everything they said, when they said. I had 6 credit cards with total balances of around $20K and when it was all said and done, only one of my Citibank accounts ended up filing suit against me while the others just went away. I went to court with the assistance of the SSG and at the beginning of this year won a voluntary dismissal of that lawsuit. The judge in my case was very impressed with how thorough my response was.

It's too bad NAES was hit with that frivolous lawsuit by Chase which caused the owner to shut down operations because he ran out of money; I was so lucky that SSG sprung up out of the NAES ashes because they stepped me through the lawsuit procedures and they were critical in my win vs. Citibank. I learned so much about contract law and the REAL SCAM which is the debt based Federal Reserve and their underling credit card companies and attorneys.

Bottom line, if you can follow simple directions and have an IQ greater than your age, then you can rid yourself of credit card debt immediately. It sure has saved me much stress. Hope this helps.

Rod

It's not legitimate. It's a scam. And I feel very stupid for falling for it. When we are in a desperate situation and someone comes a long and gives hope to our dream, we are willing to overlook all the red flags. That's why these scams have and will be so successfull in the future.

I also used the old NAES Now "Stellar Services", I agree this is nothing more than a scam. Like said before, You need to send out letters disputing your debt, which you do all the work and they "Guide you throught the process" It does not work, I was sued by all three of the credit cards I dusputed, I followed the instructions to the "T", When i really needed them, they disappeared and re-appeared as "Stellar Service" as a token they gave me a few months free, but did not help they never replied to my e-mails, just left me in the dark... because of this mess I obtained an attoreny also. My attorney has now fixed two of the tree creditors, by me paying, there was no elimination here. Just a lot of cost, aggravation ans stress. My advice. if you are in debt, use a Lawyer that specializes in this stuff, not some internet compnay that will take your money and disappear. .... Stay away they can not do what they promise. and Yes... NAES was sued by one of the credit card companys I believe it was Chase and were shut down, they now are Stellar Services. I really hope they will be shut down at some point also. Gett a lawyer the specializes in Debt and use them... It will save you lots of $$$$ in the long run. NAES Stellar they are bad news, if anyone post positive that is because you are working for them...
