Send them a debt validation letter and a cease and dessist lette
Send them a debt validation letter and a cease and dessist letter via certified mail. These will make it illegal for them to call and if they continue you can sue them for damages. Also, you might consider changing your phone number and keeping it unlisted or getting rid of your phone service all together and using cell phone service or cable phone service.

Make copies, and send it certified,return receipt, so you have proof they received it. If they continue to call you after that, make notes of days and times,etc., because they are breaking the law.
