I lost my job almost a year ago. Now, I am back at work, but making $10,000 less. I am making payments, however, not the minimum payments. Can I be sued even though I am paying the creditors something? Thanks

Thank you Anthony Lemons! At least that gives me a peace of mind. It is one thing if I were not paying, but I am trying to show in good faith that I am serious about paying my debts. Talking to the creditors is like talking to walls.

God bless and thanks again.
