I am making credit card payments can I still be sued?

As long as a creditor accepts payments, then they can not sue. I
As long as a creditor accepts payments, then they can not sue. If they reject payments, then a suit is imminent. Keep the receipts. The law is clear in that as long as the payments are being accepted, they can't take legal action.

Thank you Anthony Lemons! At least that gives me a peace of mind. It is one thing if I were not paying, but I am trying to show in good faith that I am serious about paying my debts. Talking to the creditors is like talking to walls.
