Send it through certified mail with return receipt requested and keep a copy in your records. It will help to prove your actions if they violate the law by calling you further. You can also check your state laws and record their phone calls. This will also build up a legal case against them. Keep a track of the date, time and the number of calls done by the person from Bass and Associates.
