This is the address I found when I did a search on this fourm:

CashTransferCenters.com
Level 8 Suite 3
Plaza Commercial Center
Bisazza Street
Sliema SLM15, Malta
phone: 1-866-958-3278
fax: 1-866-809-4069

In the top right corner of the page there is a search box..you can use this to search any topic on this forum. It is really great and has various address, phone numbers or general information abouth the companies. You can search just abouut any subject relative to this fourm, if there is a post about it will come up in the search result. I used it to be sure the addresses I was finding were correct and valid.

I did my "dealings" with Cash Transfer Center via email. They responded. Of course, I also faxed/mailed; however, I prefer email (documentation) and they did respond via email.

Well, let's just say they apparently "ate" it. No response to me, no response to the BBB, no response to the AG. No access to my bank account. So, apparently, they "ate" it. Is that kind of like "bite me"? LOL!

squiggy - oh, mean ROXY - I do try to control myself, you know! LOL! You know, I really think I never heard another word from them because they were contacted by the agencies, maybe? I really don't think my letters "scared" them into anything. Lord knows they are illegal. Of course, I spoke with people in the UK (that was fun). So I did have a "go around" with them. But after refusing everything under the sun, they kind of "disappeared". I know my state AG contacted them once, but hadn't heard anything. I really doubt we ever will. Just as long as they can't get my money, I don't care. I'll wave "bye-bye" to them!

It sure beats fighting with the evil MTE  which I will be doing, I am sure this week. They did not get their regularly scheduled payment from me this week and I have to admt...not making any of those payments did not bother me in the least. And I am beginning to feel like not making payments to those blood suckers is worth the phone calls...(at least for a little while).

roxy, MTE will more than likely contact you via email. They're not bad when it comes to telephone calls. But watch those emails. They'll be harsh. And they'll state everything under the sun that's not true. Keep every single email. And respond to them. Email doesn't hurt. Much better than a phone call! Whenever I responded to them, I just stated the same thing (laws and facts) over and over. They will disagree and argue. Save it all. However, they will continue to try to debit that closed account. No matter what. They will continue to try. Eventually, they'll even stop emailing. They really kind of confuse me. They'll stop their communication with you, but still keep hitting your account that you told them is no longer accessible. Go figure.

I would much rather e-mails than phone calls. I do better in writing than in person. I get a terrible adrenaline rush when confronted and shake all over..It is not from fear rather I get very angry, very quickly and have difficulty maintiang calm, my voice also shakes..I havebeen told it comes across as rather scary but I feel like it appears I am intimidated when I know I am not. Anyway..email is ok with me...atleast with written word it is not a he said , she said situation and the documentation is there in black and white, and if I have learned anything from you it is doucment, document, document!! :D

Ahhh, you learn quickly! :D And, especially with MTE. They're so funny. (They need to refer to their pdl manual every so often.) When you start emailing back and forth, you're going to notice the things they say. And they will all conflict with each other. You will have documentation of flat out lies, threats, etc. Which was all fine with me. Every one I got, my only thought was "Good, something else in writing." Pile all that stuff up and start reading through it? OMG. I was just shaking my head. And you wonder why they've been given cease & desist in different states. Hmmm.... Why in the world are they still in business is my question.

Hey everyone....ever heard of a PDL trying to contact you via FAX? I want to also folow up with CTC with a fax but I am afraid that if I send one, they will take my fax # off of the top of the page( auotmatic from the transmittal) and send me faxes. The fax machine here is not mine personally and would be so embarassed if someone brought me a fax from CTC.

Thanks!

Yes it is a great letter. These people have sent a letter to my employers human resources dept. I figure the next thing will for them to send a wage assignment.

[img]I'm new to the forum and am dealing with CTC as well. I was unable to pay my loan due to some foul-ups with my tax return, and am trying to negotiate with a "Michelle" who is very rude and calls me at work. What is this wage revocation form? Do you happen to have a template? I'm so frustrated! [/img][/img]

For what it's worth, I will be emailing, sending a fax and sending a hard copy via the good old USPS. I will have written confirmation of everything that I send. I really don't like speaking with anyone cuz you don't have any record of it and then you have to do the "he said, she said" dance.
