According to information received by the BBB, this firm targets consumers with poor credit histories, promising them guaranteed loans in exchange for a fee. Consumers are instructed to send money; consumers note that subsequent to forwarding the required monies they do not receive the promised loan. ***Consumers should note that advance fee loans are illegal in the United States and Canada. Consumers are advised not to give personal information to random firms offering loans, grants, credit cards or unsolicited services over the phone. In New York State a loan broker may charge a fee of no more than 1/2 of 1% of the value of the loan.***
