What does RPS mean?

I was looking at the Do-It-Yourself forum & it said that some of the creditors don't accept RPS. I'm concerned as I'm entering into a repayment plan with a company for debt management & one of the cards I have in the plan says in the DIY forum it doesn't take RPS. My counselor said that she can work with all the companies I am putting on the plan. So I'm just worried now!
