So, whats for dinner tonight?

So other than the spam action here tonight, we did we all end up eating?? Anything good?

I made some cookies...

I had bbq pork for lunch and pizza for dinner...It was the best...I did not have to make it.

It tastes better when someone else makes you food! :wink: Well, mostly thats true...I had a friend that couldnt cook at all but insisted on cooking for everyone.

I have some leftover pizza from last night..might warm some of it up.

I like it cold when it is leftover. My dad used to put peanutbutter on it. My sister swears it is really good but I can not bring myself to try it.

Hey, Roxy, I made your spaghetti salad. Didn't taste it yet. Its for lunch for tomorrow. It sure looks and smells great

I am dying to know what you think. You didn't taste it at all?? You are better than me. I can not do that when I cook.

I have to taste EVERYTHING! I can barely eat at Thanksgiving because I have tasted the entire meal as I cook....


Peanut butter on pizza? Yea, not sure about that one.

I am the same way. I usually taste so much I can not eat when meal time comes around.

Roxy, My brother and my son both like to eat pizza cold leftover. Personally I like to warm it up.

I also like to eat cold foods. Drives my hubby nuts! Also, someone here one time mentioned putting swiss rolls in the freezer, (forgot who or where) Well i tried it this week and YUMMMMMMYY!!

swiss cake rolls in the freezer? I could see that being good. I will have to try that one day. My biggest problem with swiss cake rolls is I buy them and they are gone before I get one.

Yea i hear ya, here too, that's why it took me so long to try it! And it was SO good! Kinda changed the texture of them and i loved it!

I posted that...Pyb, I buy two boxes..ome for the big people and one for the little people. We put ours inthe freezer. That is the best way to eat them.

Hey Karen...in the same section as the croutons and the "salad toppers" type stuff, like bacon bits, etc.

Karen, I did the spaghetti salad this week end , and it was delicious. I did not use very much of the salad supreme. It had a strong flavor so I just sprinkled it about. It was simple to make, you can add what ever you like to it. I still have a ton left over , so it will be lunch all week.

Doesnt it have like dried onion, peppers and garlic and stuff in it? I know it is pretty strong stuff and as it sits, it gets more flavorful.

Ok-thanks, I will start out with a little and go from there! Probably make it next week- we are having spag,meatballs,salad and garlic bread tonight. Am too lazy today to make the meatballs, so I got froz Italian ones :lol:

Yeah it was a bit too strong to add alot of. I think that Roxy said she used the whole bottle. Way to much for me.

Yeah, she said one bottle-but that sounds a bit much to me too!! Right now I am going to take a nap!It's raining and only 55 degrees-then I do supper :lol:

Just plain extra cheese. It is easier than trying to get a different pizza for everyone.

I know what you mean....the pizza people laugh when I order a half supreme and half just cheese!

I do that many times but did not feel like the hassle of arguing with the only place that delivers tonight.

You go Volley...It has been raining here and kind of chilly. I received a phone call from hubby awhile ago...we are havig home made chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwiches tonight. I can not wait to go home. My house will smell divine.

We had a cool spell come thru last night so it's gonna be tater soup over here! With shrimp! Smells SOOOOO good too! Kinda warming up the house too!

OMG..I just boiled an egg for my salad for lunch tomorrow. I forget about it, and it boiled for like 15 minutes. Is it going to be all hard and gross?
