BBB Response United Cash Loans

They have taken my money for I don't know how long..how can they have no record of me? I am supposed to respond to the BBB within the next 10 days on whether or not I accept this response. Am I to take this as being done with this company and if I acctep the response it will show up on their report as I have setteld with them..... If I do not respond it will show as a complainant failure to respond....any thoughts on this???

I would respond to the BBB with a letter stating that this company does know who you are, and include with the letter a copy of the contract (if you have it) and/or copies of your bank statements showing this company taking money out of your account. Just black out the account info, even though it isn't a good account.
