Guess who found my new bank account??? Guess, go ahead, you'll never get it! RIGHT! Geneva Roth. They have debited once and I got it refunded, then, today another 400 plus 30 for the first (NFS) from getting it back, of course it was under a totally different name! So, I have done the paperwork today to get my money back, AGAIN!!! and then will be moving accounts AGAIN!!!

I have been so tedious with my acct # and cards, nothing online, etc.....Don't know how this happened at all. But I am sooooo sick to death of it all !!!

I,too just got 400 taken from my bank account that they got from online! I called my bank, but since the payment is pending, I cant do anything till it actually posts to my account. It is illegal, as far as I know, to take money from an account that you did not personaly give them. How do they keep getting away with this kind of activity????

I read your post. I have had the exact same problem with these people. I made arrangements to pay back my payday loan. I was to pay $115 on May 1st, and $195 on May 30. I allowed for these two payments. However, on June 15th, another $115 came out of my account. I asked my bank to look into it. Well, come to find out it was someone with a name like Smith, and someboy and somebody. When the bank called these people, they said they were Geneva Roth. Well, I turn around and call Geneva roth. They said I had my account paid with them and for me to call the number off my bank statement. I called that number and they said to call the Geneva Roth number. Also, in the past, they took $400 from my account without my consent. Even though they did give me back my overdraft fee. Someone connected with this Geneva Roth is double dipping into my account and how they are getting my account number is beyond me. I did not authorize the $400 or the $115 payment on June 15th, but the bank can't do anything because they say it is Geneva Roth. Who is it? Can I find an address for these people. I am going to report to the BBB.

I am getting ready to block my account and I have a loan with these jokers. I can't even find the original loan docs but I have paid them 90 every two weeks for I couldn't tell you how long so I know the original amount was paid long ago. I am worndering if those of you who have had issues sent them the original state laws letting them know the legalities and that you have already paid back the original loan. Those of you that are having issues do you actually still owe them anything or are they just trying to collect bogus finance charges?

I paid them 1260.00 in extension fees for a 300.00 loan they keep calling me but i have not answered. I filed complaints with the BBB in Utah & Kansas and the AG'S office in MA. I am looking for a refund of anything above the principal. They won't even respond to an email.

I am dealing with them as well. They called me several times after I sent my C&D then 4 days after I defaulted they sent me to collections. I told the lady from the collection agency that I have paid them 990.00 more than I was supposed to and that I was filling complaints with everyone I could. I also told her that I sent them a C&D letter. She said that I should send her the same letter I sent them and that they would no longer attempt to collect on this debt since they overcharged on fees. I haven't heard from them since.
