You overpaid by 1,070? Holy Moses! :shock: And they're still trying to hit your account for more money? Is it just ameriloan that you overpaid this amount to? Or are you including others? And volley has quite the point. Why in the world is your bank charging you NSF fees on an account that has a block on it? I'm confused. I would certainly call the bank regarding that. And, mrrl, we can send Ameriloan a letter; however, I'll be honest (we'll still send the letter), but Ameriloan is a d/b/a of MTE Financial. They will never stop trying to hit your account. They are relentless. Months from now, they will still try to hit it. Have you considered closing this account out totally? Whichever, you still need to contact your bank and ask why in the world are they charging you fees on a blocked account. Volley knows what she's talking about. And your bank doing this does not make sense.

Basically, if they arent honoring checks then they cant hold you accountable for fees on checks that the bank will never honor.

basically ameriloan try to get 880.00 check thru and the bank return the check and now they are charge 35.00 for everytime they try. manager say that u own them and they will keep on doing and we will charge u the fee.i will try talk to another branch manager today.

When I had a debit/check hold, nothing went through nor was it considered NSF.

mrrl, if you read this before going to the bank again, please inform them that this company trying to put through the checks is an illegal company not authorized to access your account. Maybe they don't understand that. ameriloan is unlicensed/illegal. They've tried to hit your account with ACH debits and apparently were rejected. Now they're trying to put electronic checks through. And they will keep on trying to run them through. They are horrible. Your bank needs to realize this and stop charging you NSF fees.

mrrl, make sure you read the sticky at the top of this site page regarding closing your bank account. You have to be sure that your account will not be forced back open due to any pending pdl debits. If at all possible, get them to give you something in writing stating that the account will not be forced back open. That could get ugly. Please only speak with the branch manager. Tell them what we told you about illegal companies and unauthorized debits. They should be able to help you. But, mainly ask them why in the world they are charging you NSF fees when your account is blocked. Makes no sense. With luck, the branch manager can have those fees removed. Please come back and let us know what's going on with the bank. I need to know the status. I got your pm. I'll have some information back to you via pm. Going to work now, but will be back on. Don't forget to let us know what happens with the bank. I want to be sure that the pdls can no longer have access to your money.

I check with bank and they are telling me that the hard hold was place on the day after the check was trying to come in. but they are wrong. it was place on the 28th of sept.so now i must fight with branch manager or just leave that branch or bank.

Oh no....so they are claiming the check came in before the hold was placed. Ok....if you dont have anythng in writing unfortunately it is your word against theirs BUT ask them for a transaction record to prove to you that that is really what happened.

hey cannr, they also say I owe them 475.00 by the 25th of Oct. or they will service me at my place of employ. you see, I over paid them by 690.00 on an 300 loan.

I googled and searched the site and nothing.... mrr - do you have a phone number? We may be able to search backward. I would be interested to see exactly how they service you.

so what did is let her talk and then ask if she would see me the info. and then i hang up the phone. so she call again and left a message on my phone. to contact by the 25th of oct.

Hi Guys - sorry I have not been on for a while - Town and Country Acceptance have taken me on and all is fine - the phone calls stopped after a few weeks and as long as I make my monthly payment all is right in the world. I closed the my bank account and that worked out fine. Now of course I am still in debt - once I got paid did not know what to do with my money - so of course I was behind on bills due tot he payday loans - I cut up all my cards - contacted all my creditors and have worked something out for the next few months. My goal is that by January I will be in better shape - there is a light at the end of the tunnel... Just wanted everyone to know that

hey I check phone no. and came with this post from march 24,2007. I sent out faxes to paydayyes and netcash usa yesterday from my job letting them know I considered my loan paid in full and that I filed a complaint with my AG..One of them called me back saying "we are calling from "customer service" re your complaint faxed from "my jobs name" lol! they are yet to identify themselves these people are something else "CUSTOMER SERVICE" these people are soooo slimy The number is 18664890979 anyone knows whose number it is
