Hi slowjenn. Get that checking account closed ASAP! Pdls are PROHIBITED in your state! The only one I am concerned about is the checkngo. Is this an installment loan? Unfortunately they are 100% legal and are backed by an fdic insured bank. If at all possible, get them paid as soon as possible. I have a friend who is dealing with them. She defaulted about a month ago. So far they haven't been too big of a pain in the a$$ but they will NOT accept partial payments. Also, try to see if you can pay them in another way than giving them checking account info. They might say no but I know that it clearly states on the contract that they accept money orders or cashier's checks as long as it is received in their office by your due date. They will also accept moneygram. Good luck. :-)

Wait a minute! In PA, they will allow internet loans if they are licensed SOMEWHERE. We can not just assume these are all illegal with the exception of Check 'n Go. These pdl's need to be checked to see if they are licensed SOMEWHERE. If they are, PA will allow them and you will have to abide by the state they are licensed in.

Pay Day Loan Yes is listed as Pay Day Loan Yes and also Global Pay Day Loan. Do you know the exact name of it? Is it just Pay Day Loan Yes? Or does it say Global Pay Day Loan anywhere on the documents? I need to know since each one is located in a different state.

my cash now is listed with many addresses. One of which is overseas. Do you have an address of any sort on your loan documents for them?

And, what is "Fast Cash"? Is that the actual name of the pdl? Or is there another name? Can you check your documents to see if there is another name or if this is just a "short version" of the name? Also, what do you mean "fee pending payment"? What is the amount?

If you can give us more information, we can check to see if any of these are licensed somewhere in the United States. Please post any additional information and we can help you further.

cannr is exactly right, I live in pa and was caught up with 10 loans. Checkngo is an installment loan that you will want to pay attention to because they are legal and backed by a bank. I only had two of my 10 actually go for the they were illegal in pa deal. That is because they actually are. I would say to contact them and let them know that pdl lending is illegal in this state and see if they bring up the laws in their state. Some are actually legal by the state that they are governed in. Goofy loophole for Pa, it may work them up enough that they will settle out with you, worth a shot. I know paydayyes, actually closed out my account because I complained to the ag's office. I had to sign a document stating that I would not pursue anything else with them. The first thing I would do is file a complaint with the Pa AG office, legal or not, this puts the information on file. Pa is getting pretty hard on these lenders, this may prompt further action in the future. They need to be aware that this loophole is still costing consumers. goodluck

Never heard of PaydayTwo. Do you have any kind of phone number or any information on them at all? I can't find anything.

Also, "fast cash", could it be US FAST CASH? Can you check for me? Or is there a phone number or anything? I'm thinking it's probaby US FAST CASH, but I'm not going to assume anything. Can you see if you can find anything else out on them?

Hang in there. We're going to help you out.

Global Payday Loan, Cash Net 500, and Payday Loan Yes are all the same company. Global is the parent company for the other two. Cash Net 500 stopped "lending" a few months ago and now all the lending is done under payday loan yes. They can be very difficult to deal with.

Please do as Fedup says - File those complaints! Your state needs to plug up this internet hole. The more complaints they get the more likely they are to do something about the problem.

Jenn, no you have not been forgotten about, What have you done about your bank account, have you closed it or put a hard debit block on it. That is a priority so they can not debit the money from your account. The next thing you want to do is a short statement to the pdl companies revoking any wage assignments you may have signed then you need to give this to your payroll person. I think Cannr was working on the licensing of your companies. If they are licensed you will need to work out payment arrangements with them..do not give them your new acount info. I will stop here in case you have questions to post and I will find out if there was any more on the licensing.

The only one I've found licensed/legal is the Check 'n Go installment loan.

Didn't find any license on these:

my cash now (of course not, they are overseas)
E-Paydayloan/Cash Net 500
PayDayLoanYes/Global PayDay

As far as fast cash, I can't do much more with that one. If there is no more information to give, I really can't check it further. If it is a "subsidiary" of PayDayLoanYes, then it's more than likely illegal also.
