I had their email address because I had to deal with these scumbags! They like to threaten collections and I had to go a few rounds with them through the BBB. What fun......NOT! But they are finially out of my hair!

I thought I have read that SGQ is connected to my cash now. I did receive one phone call from them, as did one of my references and that was it. The next call that came in was three weeks later and from Credit Protection Depot. After speaking with them, I settled both my My Cash Now and Pay Day Max accounts for the original amount of my loan. Wish I could be of more help but it seems that both of them were calling on the same loans which just confirms the confusion.

I have never had problems when I had a pay day loan with my cash now or pay day max.com. The frauds are SGQ, 500 Fast Cash, United Cash Loans, Husk Hawk, US Fast Cash and Webpayday. These later payday loans renew your loan automatically up to FIVE TIMES and then begin deducting twoards the principle. However, every payment made to My Cash now and/or pay day max, included a partial payment of the principle and fee, unless you completely opt out to pay the fee only. This was my experience.

does anyone have any experience with this company? I borrowed and refused to pay them another dime because I paid them over $750 on a 200 loan. Now, they seem to have an outside collections agency harrassing me at work and calling my supervisors. They sound like a Nigerian scam operation threatening to have me arrested and to pay them $500 or they will give my bank information to someone else...How do I get rid of them. I reported them to the Consumer reporting agy in my State, but now they won't stop calling. Help.

I have been contacted by this company stating that I owe them $850 from a payday loan i was supposed to have taken out in August of 2006. I have taken payday loans in the past but did not have a valid checking account in 2006. I keep telling them this and they still threaten me. what can I do? any suggestions?

If you didn't take out the loan then I would ignore the call's, they will eventually stop and move onto the next person. If you keep talking to them, they will keep calling...

The next time they call you ask them to stand by a minute while you connect your tape recorder as you need it for your AG's office. They will hang up fast.

I'll tell ya what!...........( just thinking outloud here..) when I hear of a PDL company giving so much CRAP to people, for WHATEVER reason, he really makes my skin crawl. I've had PDL's, myself, and i DO wish I never got involved with them. They threaten and scare people have to death!!! It would be great if ALL of them went out of business......wouldn't it?
