Ms. ,
When we spoke you said you would be paying the debt by money order on the 15th. You did not mention payments to me.
You may send the balance in 2 payments of $190.00 per payment, on your next 2 pay dates. I will not accept payments of other amounts or payment dates. Payments must be received within 3 business days of the due dates of October 15th and October 30th.
Failure to pay the debt in the manner outlined above will result in you file being transferred to our legal department for consideration of immediate action.
The ability to repay the funds should have been considered prior to application for and acceptance of funds.
Passing a check on a closed account is a crime and will be treated as such.

My question is, what legal action can they take? and what should i do? I don't have it in two payments.

Joy, sorry to abandon you but I had to go home and do the mom thing. I am thinking because they are licensed you need to work out an arrangement with them. I will look for Wisconsin law becuase of the whole bad check claim.

Roxy is right...if your state allows ipdls to be legal as long as licensed in another state then they are legal. I would check first the wisc. law to see if roll overs are allowed there..if they are then you will have to make some type of arrangements with them. I have never dealt with this one so I'm not sure how they will react...but others faced with a similar situation have sent what they could...they more than likely will accept the payment.
