PLEASE help with PDLS in Wisconsin

United Cash Loans $250 (Paid $455)Still owe $250
Cashnet USA $500 (Paid $500) Still owe $500
Check into Cash $200 (Paid $144) Still owe $200
Chasnet Loans $350 (Paid $420) Still owe $350
I know the check into cash is not much of a concern right now but I wanted to know how to not let that loan to be as bad as the others are.
I also have a number of charges this week on my bank account from credit protection loan and I do not know who these charges are from.
Please Help I am not sure what to do now, but I can not hand these payments anylonger.
I know WI laws look bad but any help would be great. Thanks!

Welcome :D The credit protecton loan almost sounds like something that has to do with credit cards. You need to check with your bank and find out exactly who they are.
If I am not mistaken, I have read that Cashnet is hard to work with, but if you send them what you can afford, they will accept it. It won't stop the emails or calls, but they will accept your money order.
Isn't Check into Cash a store front loan? They have those here, and they are store front. If so, you need to see what type of arrangements you can work out, they usually go by states' laws, and tend to sue.

If the business solicited you, they must be licenesd by WI. But - If you went looking for them, they do not have to be licensed by WI. They only need to be licensed by another state.
