How can you tell who is a store front bus. or internet only? Here is a list of my PLS

my cash now
Geneva Roth Capital
One Click
E Pay Day
The Loan Shop
Pay Day Yes
Arrowhead
Sonic

I live in New Jersey and I am finding out that I may have some relief if they are not store fronts.

I have been to that site. I know NJ has usury laws making PDL's illegal. The information I am looking for is how to tell if these internet companies have storefronts in there respective states. If they do then they can usually skirt the usury laws from what I have researched. Instead of charging interest rates they call them fees. I just cannot find any list on my states sites with any information about who is legal/illegal.

jerseyfool, these are all internet loans. You do not have to fear if they have storefront locations. As you stated you have already been to the link posted above, you're aware that pdls are prohibited in your state. Good job doing your homework! Don't fear them having storefront locations. They do not. They are all internet based loans. If you have any questions, please feel free to post & we can help you out! :D

Hi Jersey. As stated above, all are definitely internet loans. Have you closed your bank account yet? If not, then that might want to be your first step in getting out of this trap. Hopefully, this will enable you to get a grasp on your paycheck once again and be able to set arrangements to meet your needs and budget.

Thank you for your responses. I could not respond back sooner because I am having to hide my mess from family members.

I am going to my bank today to see what can be done.

Cannr and Eleroo thanks for re-affirming that they are all probably internet only Co's. I'm such a wreck. I always pay my debts, but in this case I will lose not only my home but my marraige too if things continue on. If anyone new reading this...PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS TRAP!!! These loans bring only grief and heartache.

Once again thank you all, I will post back and give an update when it is safe.

Glad to hear you are going to stop the madness of these loans! You've come to the right place.

New Jersey has good laws regarding pdl's. They are prohibited. Even if one of the companies you are doing business with is operating legally in another state, that wouldn't matter. They would still have to have a NJ license, and NJ doesn't license these types of companies.
