Sunrise Credit Services send me a dunning letter. Should I send a DV?

Hard to believe that Sunrise Credit Services actually say that in their letter to you. Dont get angry . That in itself tells me that they know that what they are doing is off the wall. Go get em Frog

It is very scary. I am also dealing with one of the all time bottom feeders in creation. Cohen and Slamowith. They are the ones that go in and freeze your bank accounts

Now with Cohen and Slamowith, who are they trying to collect for?

Puddle , it is an old debt from 2003. Credit card that was charged off .I did send them a dv but so far nothing. There is a big thread on the boards about them and how awful they are

I've just received one of these letters for a magazine subscription I have never even ordered. So you can tell just by this that they are just looking for someone to prey on.

Send them a Debt Validation letter, Certified Mail Return Receipt requested.

I just got a letter in the mail from Sunrise, same thing about not getting angry, for a magazine that was $12. If I had ordered the magazine and had received it I could see the issue, but I didn't get it and didn't order it. The funny thing is I ordered two other ones but paid for them. I have no idea what is going on here. But I just emailed them and told them to knock it off.

The troll is right, to an extent...we all failed to honor our debts as promised, or wouldn't have to deal with collections. Still...s**t happens to the best of us. As an aside, why interject your opinion where it isn't wanted? That makes no sense. Either way...I'm currently dealing with Sunrise Credit Services...it's hilarious because while they are on my credit report, they have no record of me in their system, despite the fact I DO, in fact, owe the debt they said I owe. I've never had such a hard time trying to pay money I owe. Gotta love it.

Yes I do have loans for the 4 year of college I attended, but I do not recall signing in for anything called GCO. I am working part time, barely keeping up with the 7 loans I already have to pay each month.

I just got a call from them at 6:30am. I used the recall on my caller id, but they denied making the call. Uh, huh........ They didn't want to tell me who they were or why they were calling without me giving them a lot of personal information "for verification". Uh huh..... I don't think so. I told them not to call again. They said they'd remove my number. We'll see.....
