Can you call your creditors and arrange a payment plan with them? They might be willing to work with you since you are ready to pay what you can afford. In case, if they are not willing to help, speak to a counselor who can assist you in paying your debts with the creditors. There are different debt management companies who can negotiate with your creditors and arrange a lower repayment plan and reduce the interest rates. You may be able to file for a Chapter ll bankruptcy - there are three kinds of Bankruptcy - Chapter 7 which is personal bankruptcy with liquidation, Chapter 13 bankruptcy with reorganization and a repayment plan to the trustee of the court and Chapter 11 which is business bankruptcy. You should probably consult with a bankruptcy attorney if those are valid business debts.
