I never authorized this and I have never received anything about this account! I cant talk to anyone I tried for hours. Im so scared this is going to hurt me in the long run, I dont have a way to pay even if I wanted to! I filed a complaint with the FTC, but they wont help fix it only use it for their database I guess. anyone, please, help. sara
