The first thing I would do is to revoke any and all wage assignments that you may have signed.Wage assignments are strictly voluntary. Give a copy to your employer as well. They are using a scare tactic to force you to pay.You also need to send them a cease and desist letter telling them to only contact you via e mail or usps. Some will listen, some will not.

Tell them you are not permitted calls at work and they must stop according to law. That does not mean they will because most of these companies are illegally operating anyway. Could you give us the following info? Who is the lender, how much did you borrow, how much have you paid back including fees and rollovers and also, what state do you live in. If you agreed to any wage assignment you must send a letter revoking it and give a copy to your HR dept.

One more bit of advice..Get the letter of defense (revocation letter) to HR before sending copies to your PDLS. Also, for the defense letter to HR, make sure it is a blanket letter, and VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!! date it and sign it. I am an HR lady, and I would NOT accept a letter of defense that is not dated.
