"With these companies, we are very quick to file regulatory complaints and our goal is to force them to abandon the debt rather than reach a traditional settlement. "
My representative outlined all of my lenders one by one and told me exactly what to expect from each.

I felt that having Langhorne on my side and dealing with the nasties was a better alternative than doing it myself right now, so I'm paying them for the peace of mind that I don't have to pay attention to the lender phone calls. :)
