Ok - This will be a book - so be patient with me :)

Here are the accounts that i have, what the loan amount was, what has been withdrawn from my checking account.....

Fast Cash - Amt depostited into my account = $300
Withdrew 30, 70, 70, 70 and 300 - total of $540 paid
no way to get ahold of them, can't find them on the net anywhere.

my cash now - $500 loan
Withdrew 25, 26.24, 65.58, 91.82, 96.43 - total of 305.07 paid
their website is mycashnow.com

e payday loan - Loan amount = $300
withdrew: 50, 90, 150, 150, 90,90, 30. = $650 paid
e-payday-loan.com - not sure how to get ahold of them. this should be done - right? i just need to make sure they don't take anymore money.

cash net - loan amount - $350
withdrew: 50, 105, 105, 105, 105, 105, 105, = $680 paid.
don't know where to find them either. need to stop debits.

check n go (bank installment - i know this is legal) loan for $750 paid 1103.20 and have one payment left and this is done. thank god.

I went to my bank today to dispute some of the payments over and above the original loan amount plus one fee. i filled out the form for e-payday loan to dispute $480 of it (which is what was drafted today). The bank was not overly accomodating....

i am going to send e-mails to fast cash, if i can get info on them, epayday loan, and cashnet (which may be payday-loan-yes. I think e-payday falls under this company too.

i am lucky enough that my dad deposited $1000 in my account today so nothing is bouncing and i am not drowning in fees. Of course, it won't be available til next week because it was after 5 today and monday is a holiday.

What is my next step? i really don't want to close the account unless i have to.

Welcome....you will need to have patience to work with your state law. In PA internet lender that are NOT licensed anywhere would be illegal. However if they have a license and follow the laws of the state they ARE in (not PA) they are considered legal and you would have to abide by your contract. Now that said...you will have to check each one to see if they hold a license in the state where they are. If they are licensed you will have to complete your contract...if not you can go by your state law...which means they are prohibited and you would only owe the principle borrowed. You can send letters revoking their right to debit your account but most of them do not abide by that either...that is why we recommend you close your account or have the bank put it on depoist only status.

Fast Cash...is US Fast Cash and a DBA of MTE. You can put the name of the ipdl in the search box at the top of the page and get info on them as many here have had the ipdls that you have. Please come back and post any other questions you may have.

Ok - do you know which ones are legal in their states and which ones are not? I think i am going to need to use this info to battle the bank. What sucks is that i disputed 5 debits that hit on friday. The banked bounced 4 of them and charged me nsf fees (36 apiece) and then let one of the fees go through and i paid an overdraft fee on that one. i asked them when i went in if i would be responsible to pay overdraft fees since i was disputing the charges and the manager of the locatoin could not give me an accurate answer.

You would have to look at each of your loans to see where they originated. It is usually on the "contract" they email to you when you accept the loan. Or you can check each out with the BBB...that's where we get a lot of the address we have on them...

The bank thing really depends on the bank...to be honest my bank wouldn't work with me at all and I ended up with a huge amount of NSF charges that I am still paying on. I would try to talk to a manager and if that doesn't work call another branch. We have learned sometimes it depends on whow you talk to as far as how much help you get.
