My point is if you have cable with these people do not make it another location!Don't make the same mistake I did because it is too much hassle!

I see they have on line bill payment through their web site (thogh it wouldnt help much if your internet was disconnected.) By any measure, as long as you had a receipt from the pinellas county location, that should be all they need to restore service.

I had Brighthouse until a few months ago and I do have to admit the customer service is a bit rude. They were able to let me pay at any payment location no matter what county it is in. I would think if they are able to pull your information up in the computer, that it shouldn't be a problem where you paid it at.
Like Clay said, hold on to your receipt in case something does come up. That is your proof of payment.

Yeah they told me I couldn't pay it at another location I don't know for what reason they said that for they probaly just were trying to give me a hard time!I think they were just saying that because my account was past due and being that I payed on it they couldn't really do anything but I really have to admit they are not nice people to have in the county that I stay in they are very highly dishonorable to their word and incopetent!

Have you discussed this problem with a debt counselor? They are professionally trained to handle these types of stubborn situations arising with the creditors.
I also had similar problems with one of my creditors and the consultant directed me to the right path.

Well I still have service with Bright House Cable and I haven't spoke to any debt counselor,but that is a good suggestion!But I just thought that you had to be not with the creditor for them to handle this situation but I will look into that!
