Yea that must be the case, and I live in NY where PD loans are illegal. The last thing I got from them was an email 3 months age saying the FBI investigated internet fraud.,....I responded "do they also investigate illegal PD loans? " LOL
So will I EVER hear from them? I guess the silence is what has me worried. I am surprised that not even one letter in the mail either. They are so slimey

Yes...theri in house collections are CPD (Credit Protection Depot). I defaulted on my cash now in June...sent all my letters, etc. I just heard from them last week. 2 threatening letters...1 from CPD and the next day 1 from MCN...I forwarded them to my contact in the AG office and haven't heard anything as yet.
