my cash now is not legal, they are out of Granada. Paycheck Today is not legal, they are a d/b/a/ of MTE :twisted: and are not licensed anywhere.

thank you! how should I approach both of these companies? I know on one i have over paid if you add the fees and the other i still owe some money

tmb, all communication with these companies should be in writing. You can write them a letter outlining your state laws, what your are required to pay by your laws and how much you have paid. You can refer to this link page 3 as a template for your letter.
