I think other state should give such limitations of time. Otherwise a JDB could continue to report it on your CR even if it doesn't belong to you. And the dispute process with the consumer reporting agencies is rigged, they always "validate" with the CAs and give you an automated response within the hour. Happened one time on a Sunday around 2AM I filed a dispute with Transunion and they got back to me in 45 min. telling me it was valid. :(
