Freeze of Account With Disability Funds
A freeze must come by way of a "Levy" or "Attachment" the bank must notify you unless the order is Ex Parte.
When they notify you, you must object to any levy or attachment on the basis of the property being exempt property.

There are only certain things that can have the disability attat
There are only certain things that can have the disability attatched to such as child support, I believe and any debts that are owed to the federal government I believe. Other than that I don't think they can touch your disability.
