I would say, if you have not done that yet, then dont bother with an agency.
The truth is that hundreds/thousands of people are settling their debts for 20-50% of what they owe.
If you look around the forum, there are post after post. Its not a hard process either, and only takes maybe 15 minutes set aside per day to handle it.
