My checking account has been debited this morning for $341.00 total. I do not know what this is for and would like an explanation

Pay Account in full
I am wanting to pay the money I owe off in full so they will quit taking it out of my accout. How can I do this? There is no information here for me to go by.

I was also wondering why I was paying 91 every payday and not hearing anything from them. Call 18779951400 they will tell you that you need to call in every payday to lower the balance. You can pay any amount in advance instead of calling every week. they only got me for 200 on a 300 loan but it still sucks. Gl

The fraudently took money from my checking account. They stated
The fraudently took money from my checking account. They stated I did an electronic signature and never emailed my any confirmation letter to confirm transaction. When i finally got the number to confront the situation, the CSR was unprofessional and rude and stated after numerous back and forth discussion the account is settled and no further deduction will come out of my checking account and hung up on me. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for unethical business practices.
