Bankruptcy may my only option help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Currently i have 16 online pdls & 3 storefront i live in ohio. Storefront are in default tried working out payment plans with them but it is hard. I also have about 25,000.00 in other unsecured debt. Online pdls are 6000.00 including fees. Storefront 1200.00. At this point bankruptcy seems to be the only option. If this the only option how well do i pdls work as for leaving you alone during the process. Right now it has been just ph. Calls & emails. One call at my work. Need sound advice.dont really want to do this seems to be no other way out.


mrthumper68. . .sorry to hear about your situation. All is not hopeless. There are good people on here who will help you with this. I do remember reading on one post that once bankruptcy was mentioned, it seemed that things took a turn for the better. I hate to see you go this route as it takes a LONG

Once your case is filed with the courts, if they call you, tell them that you are filing bankruptcy. They will want your case number. Once you tell them this information, they are not allowed to contact you again. None of the pdl's called me after I informed them and gave them my case number.
