Bankruptcy may my only option help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mrthumper68. . .sorry to hear about your situation. All is not hopeless. There are good people on here who will help you with this. I do remember reading on one post that once bankruptcy was mentioned, it seemed that things took a turn for the better. I hate to see you go this route as it takes a LONG

Once your case is filed with the courts, if they call you, tell them that you are filing bankruptcy. They will want your case number. Once you tell them this information, they are not allowed to contact you again. None of the pdl's called me after I informed them and gave them my case number.

bankruptcy definitely gives a chance to start afresh, but it will also stay in your credit report for the next seven or ten years. try talking to your creditors about a debt settlement program and see if they come around. if not, then filing for bankruptcy may be the last option left.
