First thing you need to do is to ask the co-worker to write out
First thing you need to do is to ask the co-worker to write out verbatim what was said in a written statement form....then get it notorized.
Secondly send at C&D notification to the attorneys office. You could easily make a $1000 with just the written statement of the co-worker and an intent to sue letter. However, you might want to contact a consumer attorney thru NACA. http://members.naca.net/findanattorney.php
My husband made almost $5000 over similar threats.
What attornies office was calling? There have probably be similar complaints on record.
