He said that i would be taken to small claims court.Well, after getting off the phone with him,i googled the number (800-891-2873)And it came up as United Collections Bureau.
Why did this person say he was with citi cards?Is he also just trying to strong arm me to pay?I don't think that any of my assets would show up on my credit report.

Also, UCB is a collection agency, they are not licensed as a law office and as far as I can tell they don't have any attorneys on their payroll.
